I’m concerned about the lack of responsibility Laura showed. I paid for the trial lesson because I felt it was fair considering her drive to our neighborhood, and we agreed on a price and a suitable day. However, she canceled just 30 minutes before the class and never followed up. I would have truly appreciated clearer communication if the job, rate, or timing wasn’t suitable for her. These situations are best handled in a professional and mature manner.
