About Lauren

Hey! My name is Lauren ! I am a rising sophomore at James Madison University studying Elementary Education. I spent summer 2022 nannying a infant, have been babysitting since I was in 6th grade, ran the preschool program at my high school, volunteered as a mini cheer class instructor, worked childcare for events at the Landsdowne resort, and hosted children's birthday at Hyperkids indoor playground. I am first aid and CPR certified. I was the co president of educators rising that allowed myself and others to volunteer in elementary school classrooms at Seldens Landing. My senior year I was apart of the teacher cadet program at my school where I worked as a assistant teacher in a kindergarten classroom. I took early childhood education courses in high school. I also love and am comfortable around animals.
