About Lauren

Hi, families! I'm Lauren, I'm 28 years old and a Lex local. I've worked with kiddos since I was young. I have 10+ years of hands-on experience providing support of all kids for children from infancy through school age. My background includes several years as a full-time nanny as well as specialized work with students of all ages who benefit from educational, behavioral, and developmental support. I bring to a strong understanding of early childhood development, social-emotional learning and apply that to each kiddo. Every kid needs support in different ways and I prioritize creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment where all kiddos can thrive! I value building connection with the family, hands-on enrichment, outdoor time, and nervous system regulation strategies.
