Hi, families! I'm Lauren, (she/her) and I'm a 28-year-old professional nanny. I've worked with kiddos since I was young. I have 10+ years of hands-on experience providing support of all kids for children from infancy through school age. My background includes several years as a full-time nanny as well as specialized work with children who benefit from educational, behavioral, and developmental support. I bring to each environment, a strong understanding of early childhood development, social-emotional learning, and creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment where all kiddos can be themselves and grow and learn! I value hands-on learning, outdoor play, and nervous system regulation strategies.
