Lauren is such a treasure. My girls love her so much. She brings the fun energy that kids gravitate towards and the responsibility and safety that I as a parent needed. She communicates well if any changes occur in her schedule or has questions in regards to household rules. She made sure that my girls had fun while following my guidelines to make sure homework, bath and bedtime were done in a timely manner. My girls are now teenagers and even though they are old enough to be by themselves they still talk about Lauren and are excited to see her when we get together.
