About Lauren

I'm currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Holistic Psychology at Lesley University and will soon begin my master's program in Holistic Counseling. In addition to my academic studies, I am a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and certified in Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3. My work and studies are rooted in understanding the deeper emotional and energetic causes of challenges and supporting healthy nervous system regulation. I have recently begun exploring the expressive arts, including art and dance movement therapy, as powerful ways to help individuals express themselves creatively and release old patterns. I am especially drawn to working with children because I believe that helping them build a strong grounded sense of self from an early age lays the foundation for a healthy and fulfilling future. Through babysitting and spending time with kids, I love creating safe and nurturing spaces where they can express themselves freely, learn, and grow in a fun and supportive environment.
