About Lauren

I have over 17 years of experience working with children; and have held positions as a daycare teacher, babysitter, mother's helper, and nanny. I had my daughter in August of 2014 and have cherished my time at home with her, but she loves other children and I know she would have fun coming to "work" with Mommy :) I am very flexible and love to help. I'm not looking for a full time position, but just a few hours here and there helping out with whatever you need. I'm available short notice, or we can set a schedule. I treat all children with respect, and do not punish for "acting out", but rather work with them through their struggles. I am a big fan of Montessori, playing outdoors as much as possible, and overall letting kids be kids!
