About Lauren

I am empathetic & kind with upbeat, positive energy. I like caring for seniors as relationships I've formed with others past has been one of positive growth. I prefer part or full time work. I have a PhD in endocrine physiology, & can share information to share to help improve quality of life. I started caring for seniors when I was an undergraduate & have resumed assisting with my family. I like to lift weights, hike, & play field hockey. I coached for Catherine McAuley, & I was selected as a member of the U. S. A.'s 2026 O-35 Master's field hockey team. I am can accommodate times outside set schedules. Please don't hesitate to ask re specific low-glycemic index, low-histamine, or celiac diets, & I can create implement age-appropriate body movement/stretch routines. My skills include advanced knowledge of human physiology & metabolism, meal prep/illness-related dietary managment & fitness, & companionship, & I am trained & certified in Mental Health First Aid through 2028.
