Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of experience providing compassionate care to seniors and adults. My goal is to support well-being and independence, and I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me.
