Hi! I'm Lauren. I have 9 years of experience working with children. I have a masters in social work and ample additional training in child development that informs how I interact with children! I have a gentle parenting approach, and I highly value play! Play is how children process and make sense of the world around them, how they learn! I view all behavior as communication!. I highly value the relationship I form with children, and I understand the importance of a child feeling safe and cared for so that they feel able to explore, play, and develop their wonderful brains! I will complete a child & adult CPR/first aid course this weekend. I would love to babysit or nanny (part time) for one or two children! I charge 30-47$ per hour depending on factors I'm happy to explain! I live in Kailua.
