Hi! My name is Lauren and I am currently a graduate student at Berkeley getting an MPH in Infectious Disease and Vaccinology. Over the last year and a half I worked for a private family in the New Orleans area taking care of a terminally ill man and his 11-year-old son on a full time basis. Additionally, I babysat for a several families with children from the ages of 6mo to 4 years old on a regular basis (I. E. every Wednesday night). I am the oldest female in my family which has lead me to quite a bit of experience with children of all ages. Additionally, I grew up running classes for children between the ages of 2-12 in church most Sundays! I was an EMT through college and have continued to maintain my CPR certification.

Lauren has worked for me for over a year. She is so amazing. She is competent and confident. Forward thinking...always plans in advance. She is good about making a plan with me for the day, executing the plan, then debriefing with me at the end of the day. She checks in appropriately. You won't find her distracted on her phone, but she does acknowledge it appropriately, too (meaning, she always answers my texts or phone calls in a timely manner. She is moving out of state and will be sorely missed! Good luck, Lauren!
