Lauren is wonderful! She worked with us for 3 months caring for our baby from 3-6 months old (4 to 5 days a week). She is grounded, patient, and caring. She always put baby's needs first and made sure he was peaceful, rested, fed, and learning. Our baby was not inclined to nap and Lauren was fantastic at facilitate sleep in a gentile way (we don't do cry-it-out). She's a true gem!
