Lauren has been an absolute miracle this summer for our family! Incredibly punctual, reliable (never once had to worry about her coming to work as she did not miss a single day) and FUN! She immediately bonded with my kids and figured out their "quirks" early on! She would come prepared with creative projects to do on rainy days, and then have them outside for fun in the sun on the beautiful summer days. With 3 kids under 5, she had her hands full - but cannot think of a person better suited to take care of them. With her background she is very experienced at handling conflict amongst the kids, which is hard even for this momma. I HIGHLY recommend Lauren to any family looking for care. Having someone so attentive to the kids is not an easy find, especially someone as easygoing and fun-loving as Lauren. If she didn't have an amazing position at a local magnet school we would beg her to stay with our family!!
