Lauren watched my 2 and 4 year old kids while we were visiting from out of town for a wedding. We FaceTimed before hiring her and she came over to our rental a few days before the event so the kids could meet her. With every interaction she was professional and engaged. When watching the kids I got several updates throughout the night. We would definitely use her again!
