About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as friendly, calm and approachable. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn, grow and develop into young people. I'm looking for a job that can help a family have peace of mind when I am caring for their child(ren). I started working with kids when I was very young. I have two younger brothers and have been around children my whole life. I have three children of my own as well. In my spare time, I like to go on hiking adventures with my family, and spend quality time with them. My time revolves around my kids. One thing you should know about me is I am very easy going, and I am very open and honest. My skills include being attentive to child(ren)'s needs, making sure everyone is happy and safe, and being very nurturing and caring.
