As a passionate childcare provider with over four years of experience and, I am dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. My journey into caregiving was inspired by my positive experiences in previous assisted living roles, babysitting roles, and summer camp roles where I discovered my innate ability to connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to easily engage with children and create a harmonious atmosphere. I believe in open communication with parents and ensure regular updates on their child's day, whether through verbal communication at pickup, text messages, or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. I firmly believe in upholding the household rules set by parents and work diligently to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care.
