About Lauren

Experienced childcare provider with 10+ years in nanny roles and a devoted mother of four (ages 18, 16, 3, and newborn as of 7/19/25). I offer dependable, nurturing care with firsthand experience supporting a high-functioning autistic toddler. I'm currently on a short maternity leave and looking to join a new family in August/September. My 3-year-old attends preschool full-time (JCPS schedule), but I would need to bring my infant and occasionally my toddler when school is out. I'm a non-smoker, pet-friendly, and have reliable transportation (Dodge Grand Caravan). I've worked with multiple families this year and bring a calm, engaging presence to every home. I'm also passionate about gardening, baking, crocheting, sewing, and love exploring the community with my children.
