Hello! My name is Lauren, and I have spent over 20 years working as a service provider centered around care and connection. I believe that service to others is truly a privilege. I am organized, professional, an active listener, and adaptable. I am available for companion care services including transportation to appointments/errands, meal preparation, companionship, life enrichment activities, respite care, and household support. I am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified, and have many years of volunteer experience working with elderly individuals. I am a dog (and human!) mom, an artist, avid reader, and hiker. I enjoy meaningful conversation and a good cup of coffee. I love pets, have reliable transportation, and strive to create a calm, dependable, and compassionate presence for the people I work with.
