Lauren is amazing. I wish I could have her at my house everyday. She has a calming presence (on me and my twins) that can't be taught. My girls love her and she works great with them. She helps me keep my twins on a schedule, but is also go with the flow when she needs to be. Strongly recommend her for your family.
