Lauren was very good with our girls, 2.5 and 8 months old. Her personality is very friendly and fun which was great for my happy and energetic toddler. It was nice having her in our home to watch the girls while my husband and I worked from home and took care of what we needed. We really love how Lauren was very flexible and able to work with the flow of our home and our girls. She communicates very well and was great at seeking out how my husband and I needed the girls to be cared for.
