About Lauren

My name is Lauren, and I recently graduated with my doctorate in occupational therapy. I have experience supporting older adults in home, assisted living, and community-based settings, and I'm passionate about promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life through compassionate, individualized care. I would describe myself as personable, adaptable, and genuine. I enjoy building meaningful relationships, hearing people's stories, and helping others feel valued and supported. I'm looking for a position where I can use my OT knowledge and caregiving experience to provide support to each person's unique needs. I started caring for seniors in 2023 and have found true joy in the meaningful moments that come with caregiving and rehabilitation. In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach, collecting sea glass, grabbing coffee, and studying for my board exam. My skills include building strong relationships, supporting independence and dignity, and providing individualized care.
