About Lauren

Hi everyone! My name is Lauren and I am an Elementary Education major at the University of Tampa. I have been babysitting for over five years and have experience with children of all ages, including those with special needs. I also work at a camp during the summer as a head counselor. Furthermore, I am a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an educational honor society for pre-service teachers who demonstrate excellence in academics and in the community. Outside of school, I volunteer with animals ranging from horses to cats and dogs. I am committed to providing a safe, engaging, and caring environment for your child! I make sure to take the time to understand each child's personality and needs. My aim is to make them feel comfortable, confident, and supported. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely hard working and always committed to giving one hundred and 10 percent. My skills include behavior management, homework help, and coming up with fun games and activities.
