I hired Lauren to work with us at our nanny agency. Lauren provided care for many of our families as an occasional and back up caregiver with children ages: infancy - tweens. Parents remarked on her kindness and playfulness, and she was requested back over and over. One fortunate family connected with Lauren and began booking her full time.
