She used a variety of activities to engage mom and encourage "independence" and choice as much as possible. Lauren went above and beyond. She was flexible with her schedule and more than willing to assist with special requests. She handled challenging situations very professionally. Lauren even supported our family during and following mom's death at an Inpatient Hospice Facility. You would be blessed to have her care for your loved one.
