Lauren is a hard-working, fun, reliable nanny who really connects with the children. She has an exceptional understanding of the needs and abilities of the children, and her warm, nurturing, and consistent approach has allowed both children to flourish. Our youngest is a child with special needs and Lauren has been amazing with him. Lauren has watched the children from early morning to evenings, and she frequently plans fun outings for days with no school. She always keeps them active and engaged. Lauren is highly dependable and trustworthy. We love that she is consistently on time and we can plan on her being there. She also does a great job of communicating with us about what is going on throughout the day. Lauren prepares healthy meals for our children, encouraging them to make better choices. We are relocating across the country and we deeply regret that we are losing Lauren as our nanny, but I am confident that she will always be a part of our lives.
