I've had over 10 years experience working with children. I have worked in both babysitting and tutoring. I am a college graduate with my bachelors degree. I am also CPR/first aid trained. I've worked with a before/after school program with the Richland school district. My focus has been working with kindergartners and groups of kiddos. I love playing outside, crafts, playing and having a fun learning experience. I am not one to sit around and I love to plan fun activities. I am a very flexible, reliable person who understands childcare being there on time and being there for the family. I don't mind pets. I love dogs! I don't mind doing some housework. Simply put ... Lauren is fantastic! This was our first experience with a nanny and Lauren made the process so easy and seamless. She is prompt, responsible, communicative, and always had fun recommendations to keep little-humans active. As a working parent, it meant a lot that my daughter was with someone I could trust, and as an added bonus, she ALWAYS had a blast with Ms. Lauren. I especially loved getting photos of their fun adventures together! Lauren's friendly personality and kind demeanor meant she easily blended with the whole family, including our two senior dogs, who just adored her. We truly enjoyed having her on our team and I'm sure the relationships we built will last for years to come!
