About Lauren

My first passion in life is caring for people of all ages - from newborns to the elderly... I just love people. I believe everyone deserves a loving and nurturing environment in which to grow, thrive, and have the best quality of life possible. I have run a daycare for children with special needs, worked as a Youth and Family Counselor, a Behavior Specialist, a Children's Librarian, a nanny, a tutor, as well as working with quadr/paraplegic patients with TBI's (Traumatic Brain Injuries) and dementia patients in their homes. My duties included everything from special diets/meal prep and cooking, physical and mental therapies, homeschooling, medication management and administration, appointments, wound care, shopping, bathing, cleaning and laundry, engaging and entertaining, and mobility assisting.
