About Lauren
My grandparents lived with us for nine weeks and I assisted in caring for them. My Nanny had congestive heart failure and diabetes and experienced several strokes, which left her speech impaired. My Papa experienced a stroke that left half of his body paralyzed. After they lived in my home they moved to an assisted care facility and we visited frequently. I respect my elders and am honored to learn from the greatest generation when I get the chance.
