Lauren has been nannying for us for 5 years and we're terribly sad that her time with us is winding down now that all the kids will be in school. She has taken care of our children from newborn to school age. She is patient and kind and an incredible planner. She kept our kids busy while still teaching them how to enjoy quiet time alone, which is such a valuable skill.
