About Lauren

In my spare time, I like to read, cross stitch, spend time with my family, brainstorm/plan trips, go for walks with my dogs. One thing you should know about me is I am very comfortable with gentle, respectful, human touch due to my background as a nail technician, esthetician, and ballroom dance instructor. I also teach Jazzercise, so my body awareness and strength training allows me to be available to walk with another person for support or on stairs. I'd describe my personality as easy-going. I am persuing gig and caregiver work as a way of supplementing my income while keeping a flexible schedule and kindly helping members of my community who just need an extra hand.
