I hold a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Sports Performance from the University of Northern Iowa, and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at University. With several years of experience working as a home health aide, nursing assistant, and fitness coach, I am skilled in providing attentive care, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and supporting both physical and emotional development. I am CPR-certified, trained in cognitive and physical assessments, and passionate about fostering a positive, safe, and enriching environment for children of all ages.
