Hello! My family and I moved from Illinois to California in December of 2019. I have an 8-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old son. I have been babysitting exclusively for the last 10 years, but have been babysitting in general since I was 13 years old. I am vaccinated for Covid-19 and I am First Aid & CPR certified. 

 I live in Petaluma and I babysit from my home. I am looking for a family to work with full or part time. I am happy to provide references upon request. 

Having worked the first year of my son's life, I know the importance of having a responsible and nurturing caregiver for your child and I make sure to be just that!

Our family is so thankful for Lauren. She provides amazing care to our son starting in infancy and continuing into toddlerhood. She's great with kids, and her kids are also great with the visiting babies. My son loves going over there.

Beyond her preternatural ability with babies/kids, she is a true professional. She communicates with both my husband and I by providing daily updates. If any directions aren't clear or understood, she always seeks clarification to make sure she follows parent wishes. She is totally dependable and consistent. If there are any unexpected changes to the schedule, she communicates them with as much advance notice as possible.

Lauren is a fantastic caregiver! I always feel comfortable dropping off my child with her. My child loves going there! She has prompt communication, responsive, caring and kind. She lets me know how the day is going and follows our nap plan.  I highly recommend her for caring for your child!

Lauren has made me feel comfortable and at ease since the first day I brought my daughter to her. She texts me updates every day and even sends me pictures.

We love Lauren! She is such a natural with our daughter. Always very communicative and flexible. Shares updates and photos throughout the day. She also has older school aged children at home who are very good with her. 

Lauren is great! Our son started with her around 18 months, but we would have felt comfortable having him start much earlier. She is caring and great with the kids. She provides plenty of fun toys and good meals/snacks. And best of all, you can easily trust her with your little one!

As a first time mom, I was overly picky when it came to childcare for my daughter. From day one Lauren has gone above and beyond our expectations and has become part of the family! She cares for our daughter as she would her own. Lauren communicates regularly throughout the day, keeping me updated, is flexible when we need it, and always keeps our girl safe and happy. We started with Lauren when our daughter was just 4 months old and have been going strong ever since. During all of the milestones and growth changes, Lauren is right there with us to help our daughter grow when we are not around. From formula to solids, sitting to crawling Lauren provides amazing support and creates a warm, family environment for our daughter to grow and play in. Highly, highly recommend! 

Lauren took care of our son on a regular weekly basis for over 7 months. He was just over a year old when she took him on and went above and beyond to make sure  we were comfortable. Lauren is an excellent communicator - we received daily photos and updates which we always appreciated. We really feel like Lauren took our son in as a one of her own and honestly couldn't ask for more in a caregiver. We are so grateful that we found her!

Lauren has been wonderful to work with. She is very communicative and detail oriented. She knows exactly how to make a family comfortable when she cares for a little one. Always sharing day to day updates and sending pictures to ease any worries. I trust her so very much. Finding someone outside of the family to help care for your child can be so nerve wracking but with Lauren I have fully given my trust to her. My infant is happy everyday he sees her. She is amazing at being flexible and willing to work with you and your family. 

Lauren is incredibly sweet and is a fantastic caregiver. She watched our baby for 4 months as we awaited day care opening. Our daughter absolutely loves Lauren! Lauren communicates promptly and ensures our daughter is well taken care of. I would highly recommend her!

Lauren is phenomenal! She is flexible, understanding, and takes incredible care of our daughter. Lauren even helped us with transitioning our daughter to childcare by providing us with advice, tips, and support. Our girl smiles when she sees Lauren at drop-offs and has so much fun hanging out with her during the day. We have full peace-of-mind and could not recommend her more!

Lauren is wonderful! We were lucky to find her when we needed temporary care for our 4 month old before we could get him into daycare. This was our first, and Lauren made us feel comfortable with the transition to childcare after my maternity leave. She was super flexible and took great care of our little guy! Would definitely recommend!

Lauren watched my 3 month old for 9 months until her family moved to California. She was always on time to my house and never had reasons to cancel. Her kids would come along sometimes and she still managed to tend to my child as much as needed. Very polite and attentive. Kept the house tidy as well. My little boy loved her. Sad to see her leave, but know she's doing great in Cali.

Lauren has been great!! She started watching my daughter at age 4 months, she is currently 9 months. What I loved about Lauren and what made me feel safe is that she is a mom! She has/had experience with all ages including infants. She was extremely patient with my my daughter when she started refusing bottles out of nowhere. We were able to problem solve together. She has great communication, is flexible (within reason), dependable,It my daughter is happy, and keeps my daughter on her schedule. My daughter loves going to Lauren's and loves Lauren's family!!

She is a God sent!! She is wonderful caring and very loving!!!! My son is very shy and I was very scared to leave him. Lauren made it very easy and put me a ease leaving him with her. I would recommend her. I would give her 10 stars if there was one. My son loves it there.

Lauren watched our 3 month old for us and was very professional and reliable. She stayed in touch during the day which was also very helpful and reassuring as it was our first time having someone else watch our baby. Hoping to hire her again!

Lauren is fantastic with my son and she has been a God send when we really needed long-term care. She has been watching my son since he was 4 months old and has truly eased my nerves when I had anxiety about leaving him with someone at a young age. The one-on-one care for my son truly puts me at ease. I would highly recommend her!

I feel so lucky to have found Lauren! She takes such good care of my son! When I am away I feel completely at ease knowing Lauren is taking excellent care of my baby. She is always calm and loving towards him. Every morning when I drop him off, her home is calm and serene which sets the day off on a great note. Lauren is extremely attentive and observes any changes- big or small- that my son might be going through and she lets me know. She always communicates thoroughly and asks first before giving food, medicine, or making any changes that we haven't previously discussed. Lauren also respects how much communication you want to have each day. I love getting texts throughout the day with pictures, videos, & updates about what my son is doing. Lauren is also a wonderful teacher for my son. She is very knowledgeable about child development and works in language skills, social skills, and fine and gross motor skills too. She is the best!
