We were so pleased to find Lauren on Care.com. She agreed to meet with us at our house the night before she babysat for our 9-month-old son - just to get familiar with him and his schedule. Immediately we felt comfortable with her as she was able to quickly gain the trust of our son with her kind and gentle demeanor. While babysitting, she was 100% attentive to him the entire day (playing and interacting with him) and stuck to the schedule we had requested. She was also warm and very friendly to my in-laws who were also there and just gave us such piece of mind while we were away.
