About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren from Branford, CT. I'm 30 years old and have over a decade of experience working with children of all ages. I've cared for infants through preteens. I spent about six years working at a daycare/pre-K and four years as a kindergarten paraprofessional at an elementary school. I have a warm personality, I am responsible, patient and kind. I have an understanding that each child has their own individual needs and exhibit different strengths, preferences and ways of interacting with the world around them. More importantly, my goal is to always make children in my care feel safe and secure. I have experience working with children with a variety of needs and diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and developmental delays. In addition, to navigating in diverse situations, including divorced households. I hope I can be the perfect fit for your family!
