About Lauren

I've always enjoyed working with kids and have experience caring for children of different ages through both babysitting and Scouting. I've consistently babysat for the same families over time, allowing me to build trusting relationships with both the kids and their parents and become familiar with each child's personality and routine. I've also been involved in Scouting for most of my life, including 13 years as a Girl Scout and several years in Scouting America. Through Scouting, I've gained experience working with and leading children and teens in a variety of settings. Safety has always been a major part of that experience, and I'm trained in CPR and first aid. I'm dependable, patient, and comfortable balancing fun with structure and safety. My goal is for kids to feel comfortable and have fun while their parents feel confident knowing they're in good hands!
