About Lauren

I enjoy being present with children in a calm manner, fostering a child's growth and development. I have five years of paid experience making a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for in the Montessori education. My background as a Montessori Preschool/Elementary teacher with being a Registered Nurse allows me to provide attentive, informed care for children ranging from infants to pre-teens. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who enjoys engaging children through nature, art, creative play and educational games. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Because I am previously a lifeguard and swim teacher, I am happy to supervise swimming. I priortize clear communication, and your preferred method to provide updates on your child's day. I truly look forward to becoming a supportive part of your family's daily life.
