About Lauren

I started working with kids when when I graduated high school five years ago, I work at circle of friends after school program as well as dundee township park district summer camps. I have been site coordinating those programs for two of my four years. I have experienced working with organizations such as NISRA. I have experience in planning and leading activities, adapting to different skill levels and needs, and fostering a positive and safe environment In my spare time, I like to play video games and be outside My skills include problem solving, behavior management, compassion, time management and communication.
