About Lauren

I am a mother of 4 children (ages 5, 11, 12, 15) 3 of my children have ADHD and other learning disabilities, as well as processing delay. My children also all have autoimmune and asthma. I have 27 years of experience handling multiple children (other people's as well a my own), as well as medical issues and neurodivergence's and the struggles that come along with those obstacles including behavioral issues. After 25yrs in Healthcare Administration, and struggling to balance work/home, all of my kids are now in school and I realized I wasn't happy in my career. I needed to do something rewarding and fulfilling. I know first hand how difficult it is finding someone you can trust and feel confident in leaving your children with while you work or need to be out of the home. I hope to change that for others.
