About Lauren

I'm looking for a job where I can have a wonderful connection with the family. I prioritize having a relationship built on trust with both the children and parents. I started working with kids when I was a teen. I grew up the oldest of 7 kids and extensively helped with childcare for my siblings, so nothing will surprise me! I have worked with a couple of different day care settings, and been nannying full time since August of last year. One thing you should know about me is I customize my services to each family based off of preferences and needs. I am very willing to help around the house, run errands, prepare meals, etc. My skills include engaging kids of all different ages, finding creative solutions to problems, and staying calm in high stress situations.
