Lauren took care of my 7 year old son with severe autism and made a huge positive impact. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to understand his routines and needs. She helped him learn new words, played with him in ways he enjoyed, and always made him feel comfortable and happy. She was also very reliable and quick to communicate, followed routines closely, and handled things like meals and medication with care. I always felt at ease knowing he was in good hands. I highly recommend Lauren to any family, especially those with special needs children.
