I have worked with special needs athletes, children and adults for over 10 years. I understand the dedication and patience it takes to stay consistent and provide a supportive atmosphere. I was a registered behavior tech practicing in ABA and client lead learning. I am familiar with Digital Communications Devices and no verbal communication. When working with special needs being familiar with responding to different behaviors and not escalating the person is very important.
