About Laurel

For the past 10 years, I've found immense joy in nurturing children and guiding them through their developmental milestones. My approach is rooted in patience and kindness, focusing on positive reinforcement and creating learning opportunities in everyday moments. I am comfortable caring for multiple children, ages 0-5. I have some college experience and training in Early Child Development. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy playing educational games, board games, and outdoor sports with children. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates via text, phone, or in person, depending on your preference. I am happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. Knowing that I can make a positive impact on a child's life is what makes me so passionate about caregiving.
