Laurel currently cares for our 5 month old daughter 3 days a week and has been working with us since our daughter was 11 weeks old. Laurel is on time and communicates if she is ever running late. She is flexible and willing to work with us when we need a slightly different schedule. She is in tune with the milestones for our daughters age and works on them with her. Some days I work from home when Laurel is watching our daughter and other days I am in the office. I am comfortable leaving our young daughter in Laurel's care. We are lucky to have found Laurel and plan to work with her on a long term basis.
