About Laura
Experience: 10 yrs
For the past 10 years, I've cultivated an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment for my students. With a graduate degree and as a certified teacher, I specialize in elementary Math and English. I actively listen and observe to assess your student's individual learning style. I break down complex problems into manageable steps and celebrate small successes to build momentum. Communication builds trust and a collaborative environment. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'm excited to help your student reach their full potential!
