I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor, well versed in child development and psychology. I also hold a Masters in Thanatology (grief & loss). This sacred service has instilled in me a deep compassion for people at every stage of life. I approach all interactions with intention and kindness, fostering a healthy attachment with children through a balance of individualized attention and autonomy, providing a safe environment for children to explore their world. My goal is for children to feel valued and engaged, and their parents to feel confident and at ease while they are in my care. Could not be happier with Laura and her care for our 4 year old. He looks forward to her coming. And the trust that Laura brings as a professional makes it very easy to just give her the keys to one of our cars, take him to a park, indoor museums , high impact activities such as trampoline parks, etc without worrying whether someone is actually paying attention or not. Laura takes her care of our little one very professionally. She is always on time , easy to work with, flexible, and stays in communication with me. Highly recommended!
