About Laura

Recently I worked ft in home with two dementia clients in Oklahoma, one of which has moved into assisted living, so I have schedule openings. I previously worked in home with two companies as well as worked between two assisted living facilities by Americare. I primarily worked with Alzheimer's/dementia, and learned the Best Friend's, person centered xare approach- treat them as your best friend, see how you can help them, try to be intuitive and pre-emptive. I trained as a nursing home administrator, I am a CMA in Missouri, have worked housekeeping/kitchen/activities- so I am fully prepared to give well rounded care. I can provide meal prep, errand running, activities, aide with bathing and eating, med reminders, companionship, light house keeping/management.
