About Laura

Laura cared for our mom during the last two months of her life. She is the gentlest soul, with a genuine heart for those she serves. I’ll never forget the first day she arrived—she quietly took our mom’s hand, looked into her eyes, and simply sat with her. At the end of that brief two-hour shift, our mom, who was barely able to speak, told Laura, “I love you.” Over the following eight weeks, Laura showed incredible dedication, consistently stepping up to cover every extra shift we needed. She graciously worked through holidays and dealt with challenging dynamics with other caregivers with patience and grace. Laura always had our mom’s well-being at heart. Though quiet by nature, she brought a calming, reassuring presence to the house—no drama, just incredibly compassionate care. We feel truly blessed to have found Laura and will be forever grateful for the love and peace she provided our family.
