I brought Laura on as a full time nanny for my 9 month old while I was on holiday in Florida. Besides the typical timeliness, trustworthiness, etc, she was wonderful. I watched my child grow by leaps and bounds every day. I was working from home so was able to observe her working with my child, gently guiding him to new discoveries and teaching new skills. While she was nannying, he grew 4 teeth, learned to walk, learned to safely climb stairs, point, and countless other developments. She was constantly talking to him, bringing out his babbling and reacting to him with good humor. Her overall sunny disposition was such a light in both our lives. I believe the foundation that she built will serve my child for years to come.
