About Laura

Hi, Families! My name is Laura, and I love working with children! I have over two years experience working in a childcare facility, where I cared for children aged 2 months-12 years. Responsibilities included but were not limited to: -Interacting with each child on a daily basis and ensuring their safety in the classroom, playground, and common areas -Providing updates to guardians on their child's progress and behavior -Serving food and basic meal prep -Mopping, sweeping, sanitizing and laundry -Planning/Implementing lesson plans and activities -Helping with hygiene, first aid, eating and toileting -Diapering/feeding for infants -Facilitating nap/quiet time I am passionate about the Arts and Music, and have served as a Performing Arts Teacher for the past seven years throughout the Chicagoland area.
