My journey into caregiving is rooted in supporting seniors and their families. As a mom, I understand the importance of patience, dependability, and create a safe, caring environment. I have a certificate in caregiving skills for dementia, which helps me navigate behavioral changes and changing routines with patients. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I'm also a certified holistic nutritionist. I enjoy building meaningful connections with those I care for. I love taking walks, practicing yoga, and creating a calm, positive atmosphere. I am happy to assist with light meal preparation if needed, housekeeping, errands, companionship, and gentle support with daily routines. I also love animals and am comfortable in pet friendly homes. I look forward to bringing my heart, experience, and reliable transportation. :)
