About Laura

I'd describe my personality as patient, energetic, and kind I like working with kids because I feel that everyday interaction and positive reinforcement can help instill confidence and happy growth, plus they are so innocent, and they need and deserve proper care. I'm looking for a job that is close to home, and whereI can develop a bond with the children and parents alike. I started working with children when I was 18, at a Preschool. I then graduated from DePaul and taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 3rd. In my spare time, I like to ride my bike, walk by the lake, spend time at home One thing you should know about me is I am a dedicated person. My skills include being nurturing and positive, being attuned to the physical and emotional needs of children, and being able to help children academically.
